What is Agent Guard?

Agent Guard is a local AI agent environment compliance scanner for macOS and Windows. It detects ban-risk signals such as proxy residue, timezone–egress mismatches, config leaks, and plaintext MCP API keys across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, Windsurf, and Hermes.

Why desktop — not a website IP check?

Web IP checkers only see browser egress. They cannot read your shell profiles, agent settings.json, or mcp.json. Those local traces often matter more for account risk narratives.
